Testicular Sperm extraction (TESE)

When investigating the unfulfilled desire to have children, it may occur that the semen results for the partner or husband are so massively limited that either no sperm can be found in the ejaculate (azoospermia), or the sperm quality is so massively limited that in such cases several attempts at artificial insemination with an ICSI method have already been unsuccessful.

The first step in treating men can be to obtain testicular tissue by means of TESE or micro-TESE (testicular sperm extraction), which we undertake jointly with our andrological-urological cooperation partner.
