Information about coronavirus for patients

Dear patients,

We would like to personally assure you that we adhere strictly to the guidelines of the Robert Koch Institute. We already had exemplary hygiene management practices in place before the coronavirus pandemic. These rules of conduct have now been adapted to the current situation. In light of this, we would like to ask you to note the following:

Appointments: Please only enter the practice if you have pre-arranged an appointment by telephone.

Symptoms: If you are experiencing symptoms like fever, (dry) coughing or symptoms like aching muscles, tiredness/fatigue, a sore throat, shortness of breath, headache and loss of taste, you are not allowed to enter the practice. Please stay home and call us instead. We will then discuss with you how to proceed.

Mask rule: Please cover your mouth and nose with a mask.

Safe distance: Please keep a distance of at least 2 m from your fellow human beings in all situations.

Accompanying persons: Kindly understand that accompanying persons, and especially children, are not allowed to enter the practice.

Hand hygiene: Please wash your hands thoroughly immediately after entering the practice. You should disinfect your hands immediately afterwards.

Thank you very much for your kind understanding!
